My first visit – – I was very impressed. Office beautifully appointed, very clean with heaters and air purifiers. Staff - welcoming, good listeners, clear instructions, and requests. Loved filling out all of the forms online before hand - Saved a lot of time sitting in the office with a clipboard and pen. Dr. Fatah comes highly recommended for a possible complicated procedure. Grateful for the CT scan. I feel confident in dental treatment at San Francisco Bay periodontics. Street parking was easy on the other side of Junipero Serra on a side street.

My initial experience was fair - I went for a visit and Dr. Fateh answered my questions about my teeth and possible treatment which involved replacing a tooth with an implant. However, I had a couple questions for which I tried to get additional answers via email. He answered the first after a week or so and then ignored a subsequent email. Ultimately, he seemed unwilling to treat me, stand-offish and I found his ignoring my last email cynical.
